The Sheriff’s Deputies in Boulder, Colorado were driving near a campground on July 23, when an owl stopped them. The Northern Saw-Whet Owl was there for a reason. He wanted to have a deep ‘talk’ with the deputies. He even engaged in a staring contest with one and eventually flew away when he realized that he was never going to understand him.

After seeing the predicament her baby was in, the mom went straight to the Cincinnati Police Department. Sergeant Givens then called the SPCA Wildlife. Sadly, they had no one to assist. He then made a call over the radio and Officer Cecilia Charron arrived to lend him a hand. The baby was then untangled from the string.
